Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. For all shipping options there is a 1-4 day processing time.

We send items in multiple packages because we're partners with various manufacturers from all over the world. We collaborate with both small local producers and both giants producing consumer goods.

Our free shipping utilizes ePacket with estimated shipping times between 2 - 4 weeks.

Once available from our shipping partners, tracking number will be provided as soon as possible. Please contact us if you don't receive your item within 45 days, we will check the status and try our level best to sort out any inconvenience for you.
