- Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at sales@reactandpulse.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
- I received broken item(s) in my order.
- Please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the name of broken product(s) and a photo of damaged item(s) – sales@reactandpulse.com
