When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking number, with this you can track the status of your shipment.
REACT&PULSE™ has enabled worldwide delivery so you can order from any county.
We try to get your product to you as quickly as possible, but exact amount of time does vary by country. We always say to allow 2-4 weeks from the point of dispatch, but it can be much faster!
Once an order is placed it is send directly to our warehouse so you can receive your order as soon as possible, unfortunately this means your order can be adjusted only 30 minutes after purchase.

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

If your payment has been declined, then your order won’t be completed, and you’ll need to complete checkout for your order again. To help ensure that it’s not declined again, we suggest checking the following: Check that your card details have been entered correctly (including the expiry date and billing address). Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that’s the three digit number on the back of your card, or four digits on the front for American Express.
Your card issuer may have declined you payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them or contact your bank. If you’ve checked all of above, try paying with another card or payment method.
